    If you have a specific fitness goal in mind, or if you’re brand new to exercise, I can create a comprehensive, realistic fitness routine to help you achieve your goals safely and efficiently.

    My group classes empower women to take control of their health and discover how full-body resistance training programs can change the way they see themselves. All group classes are open to women regardless of age, ability and experience.

    Whether your goal is to increase energy, balance hormones, feel stronger, lose weight or simply create a healthier relationship with food—I can help you discover energizing and sustainable ways to fuel your body.

I provide hands-on guidance, so even if you’ve never stepped foot into a gym, you’ll come away from my training knowing your way around a hex bar, a hip thrust and a hack squat.

  • I offer structure, accountability and support through personalized weightlifting and fitness plans. 

  • I simplify healthy eating with realistic strategies that don’t involve cutting out entire food groups.

  • I help women find a fitness and nutrition routine that fits into their life—not the other way around.

  • I have been training with Lola for 6 months now. When I first started with her, my goals were to get back into running, without injuries. Lola was methodical in how she was going to get me there. She started me off with small intensity strength exercises, always advising good recovery, and before I knew it, I was killing it in exercises I had stayed away from to avoid injuries. I am a stronger runner because of all of the work we have done together. She is very knowledgeable, super patient and kind. My body has surprised me in so many ways since I started working with her. I am so happy with my progression and very grateful to have met such a talented, dedicated trainer!
