Group Fitness
I love creating opportunities for women to come together and build strength, confidence and friendships through fitness. In my group fitness classes, I carve out space for women in the weight room—a domain traditionally inhabited exclusively by men.
My group classes empower women to take control of their health and discover how full-body resistance training programs can change the way they see themselves. All group classes are open to women regardless of age, ability and weight room experience. Lift Lab
Transform your physique and strength in this total body resistance training class where we target every muscle group for an intense, comprehensive workout. Designed to enhance muscle tone, boost endurance and increase overall strength, this dynamic class combines a range of lifting techniques and exercises through various modalities, including strength-based circuit training (with machines and free weights), core work and cardio to sculpt your body from head to toe.

Full Force Female
Full Force Female is a 45-minute, high-energy strength class using only free weights. You’ll learn proper lifting form while building full-body strength, stamina and tone through a mix of functional strength training and HIIT. This class is designed to push limits, boost endurance and transform your physique—one rep at a time.
